I’m from New Zealand, we’re lamb lovers! So the Lamb rump with chipotle. The Beef Tartare is pretty good too. 

What is your favourite thing about working in this industry?

The people that you work with, it’s a very social environment.

Who inspires you?

Kimberlie Crenshaw – The person who coined the phrase “intersectionality” who specialises in race and gender issues  - As a social policy student, the work she has done for Feminism and human rights is inspiring.
