I began as a kitchen hand, then changed to Front Of House after 1 year.

What is your favourite dish at San Telmo?

The provoletta. Fried provolone cheese, dried oregano, dried chilli, pepper and lemon

What is your favourite thing about working in this industry?

I love to be in touch with people. I love talking with my customers, I really enjoy that part of my job. Especially when they can share about their travels in Argentina.

Who inspires you?

My parents, everything I am is because of them. Hard work and good values, I learnt from them. They gave me the courage to travel to a different country. They support me everyday. They are an image of respect and hard work and love.
