Zeb Gilbert from Wasabi Noosa will join San Telmo’s Stephen Clark for an exclusive collaboration in partnership with The Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
Zeb and Stephen have carefully curated a menu that combines exquisite Japanese food with classic Argentinian cooking techniques. In this rare opportunity, you will try some of the best seafood Victoria has to offer combined with the rustic flavours from San Telmo’s Parrilla charcoal grill.
Stephen and Zeb’s relationship began in 2006, when Zeb took on Stephen as an apprentice. Stephen slowly climbed the ladder graduating as a Sous Chef in 2010.
After many years, Stephen is excited to join forces with Zeb again and expand his own knowledge of Japanese cooking from the man who gave him his first opportunity.
