San Telmo, specialising in traditional Argentinian cuisine and cooking methods, Head Chef Chef Dylan Perry delivers an amazing depth of skill and knowledge to his role.
Dylan will give his expert tips on how to prepare your BBQ, source the best quality meat and cook like an Argentinian while delivering a fantastic menu of San Telmo classics including premium steak straight from the parrilla charcoal grill. A glass of vino or beer is included upon arrival.
