I have two! Mejilla de Cerdo, braised Berkshire pork jowl with crackling. And the Batatas, charcoal roasted sweet potato, creme fraiche, almonds, lemon, dill 

What do you love about working in this industry?

Contact with human people and making people happy through food and drinks and the whole experience

My Mum and strong women everywhere who aren’t afraid to speak up and show their worth in life
