Inspired by the timeless cool of 007, Licence to Grill brings suave sophistication to the heart of Melbourne. Think tailored elegance, open flames, and a night where every detail feels sharp.

Guests are welcomed with a glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival, the kind of pour 007 himself would approve of. San Telmo’s signature Parrilla takes centre stage, delivering bold, smoky flavours and premium Argentine cuts grilled with precision worthy of Q Branch craftsmanship.

Expect a refined progression of oysters, caviar, seasonal seafood, and charcoal-kissed starters before the parrilla takes the spotlight with showstopping steaks, paired with elegant sides. The evening closes on a bright, indulgent note with a passionfruit and coconut tart crowned in soft meringue.
