San Telmo is excited to be teaming up with The Loop Roof, The Sheraton, Bar Lourinha and Bar Carlo within our precinct of Meyers Place and Little Collins Street to offer a Christmas in the Laneway program from Thursday 3rd - Sunday 6th December.

We will be offering a special Argentinian Christmas BBQ masterclass on Saturday 5th December from 2:00pm-4:30pm where Head Chef, Stephen Clark, will host guests, showing them a range of tips and tricks when it comes to cooking your own BBQ at home!

Of course, this class wouldn’t be complete without a feast, so we have prepared a 4 course menu for all to enjoy with a complimentary glass of wine.

No need to worry about the rain, we have a plan should Melbourne’s unpredictable weather get in the way.

MENU

First course:

Empanadas - Beef, caramelised onion and tomato

Second Course: 

Jamon con melon - Jamon, rock melon, olive oil  

Camerones  - Prawns split and grilled on the BBQ with salsa golf 

Main:

Solomillo - O'Connors striploin 

Lechuga - Seasonal leaves, herbs, shallot and malbec vinaigrette

Papas a la provenzal - Fried potatoes, garlic and parsley

Dessert: 
 Ananas fizz - Pineapple sorbet and apple cider
