Join us for an epic return of our sell-out event Best of Beef, as two of Victoria’s finest beef producers go head-to-head in a flavour-filled weekend. Black Opal Wagyu (grain-fed) and O’Connor Beef (grass-fed) will compete for your vote in the ultimate beef battle.

Across two exclusive sittings—Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May—you’ll enjoy a decadent 4-course menu crafted by Head Chef Marcelo Narvaez, showcasing the distinct marbling, flavour, and texture of each producer’s cuts. Marcelo will guide you through each dish, sharing insights into the origins, feeding methods, and cooking techniques behind the meats.

You be the judge. After a beautiful lunch, it’s your turn to vote: which beef reigns supreme?

To elevate the experience, indulge in a hand-selected Argentinian wine pairing curated to complement each course, plus a welcome cocktail and a digestif to finish.

Prefer to skip the wine? Our second ticket option offers the same menu and cocktail on arrival—no compromise on flavour.
