Two of Victoria’s finest beef suppliers go head to head in the ultimate beef battle.

For this event, we’re making you the judge. Get ready for the ultimate battle comparing different cuts, marbling, and feeding methods while tasting some of Victoria’s finest beef.

On the 16th July, compare the differences between Black Opal Wagyu’s grain-fed Wagyu beef and the grass-fed beef from Southern Ranges. On the second date of 23rd July, you will be comparing the difference between Black Opal Wagyu’s grain-fed Wagyu beef and O’Connor Beef’s grass fed beef.

A premium 4 course menu prepared by Head Chef Marcelo Narvaez will showcase the best of each cut, while guiding you through the origin and cooking method of each.

To conclude a beautiful lunch, guests will cast their vote to determine the ultimate Best Of Beef. Which cut will reign supreme? That’s up to you!
