With San Telmo Head Chef Marcelo Narvaez and Pastuso Head Chef Dwi Ayu at the helm, this five-course lunch will bring the best of Argentinian beef and Peruvian seafood together in a marriage of culture, cuisine and heart.
The menu will blend the rich flavours of Argentina’s renowned grilled meats with the fresh, delicate tastes of Peru’s coastal seafood, creating a bold South American twist on the classic Surf & Turf. Each course will expertly incorporate elements of both land and sea, using locally sourced ingredients, carefully prepared using traditional South American cooking techniques.
With 23 years of combined experience pioneering South American dining in Melbourne, San Telmo and Pastuso are recognised as the city's top destinations for Latin American cuisine. San Telmo, famous for its authentic Argentinian flame-grilled meats, has developed a cult following in its 13 years, while Pastuso, Melbourne’s first cevicheria, has been showcasing Peruvian flavours for the past decade.
