This exclusive collaboration between South American powerhouses San Telmo and Pastuso will showcase the best of both land and sea.

For one special evening, watch two of Melbourne’s finest chefs go head-to-head as they bring their individual touch to fresh Victorian produce. 

Argentinian Steakhouse San Telmo will bring the fire with premium, pasture-fed meats searing on the Parrilla charcoal grill. Head Chef Marcelo Narvaez will capture the essence of Argentine culture and cuisine through tender, succulent meats. 

Meanwhile, Pastuso’s Head Chef Samuel Rivas will present the delicacies of Peruvian cuisine, with colourful ceviches and vibrant seafood dishes. Expect vibrant, flavourful courses made with precision and skill.

Empanada
Traditional Argentine fried pastry filled with swordfish, potato and herbs.

Quinoa and Jerusalem artichoke tiger's milk, cured Eildon Farm rainbow trout, puffed veal tendons, Yarra Valley trout caviar.  

Pincho de carne

Charcoal grilled premium Victorian Wagyu striploin Mbs 7, grilled Skull Island prawn with chimichurri butter. 
Seco de Pescado
Traditional Peruvian beef jus and coriander sauce, Aquna Murray cod, premium Victorian wagyu cecina, fermented aji amarillo. 

Papas nativas
Roasted and smoked Spud Sisters native Peruvian potatoes, rocoto cultured cream, fried garlic, and herbs.
Chauchas
