Note that vouchers will be shipped or emailed within 1 business days. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period.
Gift Vouchers are for one use only. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher. Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post, however at this time we do not accept international deliveries through our website, please contact us at email@example.com to enquire about a special order.
Unless otherwise stated shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
Orders are dispatched via Registered Post within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.
